Hello! I am currently a Senior Material Science and Engineering student at the University of Delaware. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Material Science and Engineering in the university's 4 +1 accelerated program. During my time and experience within classes and laboratory research, I have gained a profound interest in tactile interfaces and polymer science. My senior design project involved combining engineering and material science to develop and characterize gas barrier film coatings for pharmaceuticals tablets. Our team worked to design a benchtop setup to measure the air permeating through the films in conjunction with a gas chromatography machine. I'm hoping my master's will allow me to gain more knowledge and experience in my soft material science specification.
