About Simone Minnie
Hiring: Postdoctoral Researcher (must have immunology and animal model experience) I am exploring the immunological mechanisms of stem cell transplantation for myeloma and how these can be manipulated to improve tumor control in a pre-clinical model. We have discovered many targets for immunotherapy that can improve T cell function and limit immunosuppression from the tumor microenvironment. Through this project I've discovered my passion for cancer immunotherapy and my desire to be involved in 'bench-to-bedside' research that will ultimately result in clinical trials.
