About Simone Moise

I am a current Boston University student who studies History. I am excited to assist in research, leadership, presenting, media, and writing. I am incredibly excited and love learning, writing, reading, and collaborating. I am excited by companies that allow for shows, presentations, meetings, publishing, and other project-based goals. I love knowing that the work I do and assist with contributes to a bigger objective and has a lasting impact. I rarely meet others with a passion for underappreciated subjects such as the humanities, LGBTQ issues, art, museums, and advocacy, and am excited by opportunities to do so. I specialize in research, non-fiction writing, presenting or public speaking, and general office work (emailing, taking notes, Microsoft, etc.). As a DEIJ Intern for Milton Academy in 2022, I created an asynchronous model for incoming students as well as faculty, which involved putting together a series of essays, videos, and other resources about gender, race, economics, and colonial history. I also compiled a reading catalog and a list of businesses owned by marginalized people that the Milton community could support.
