My current role is a School Coordinator for the NSPCC East team. I coordinate the delivery of our Speak Out. Stay Safe. Programme. This includes volunteer management and promoting the offer with stakeholders. Previously my work has been leading a team of Community Connectors at the Centre For Early Child Development in Blackpool (Blackpool Better Start) I am passionate about co-production and the value it adds to multi disciplinary agency working! I recently completed a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management with Corndel through the NSPCC and attained a distinction grade. My experience in Community Development and volunteering means I am in tune with local communities and what they want and need. I advocate for those with adversity and will always try and amplify those voices. I am the proud mum to 2 children who show me every day that parenting is a very unique journey.
