I started my journey in the design world after completing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design. I increased my understanding of balancing business requirements and user needs after completing a Master's in Digital Design & Business. I've grown to specialize in crafting intuitive internal tool interfaces. My design and startup spirit make Big Tech internal UX efficient and enjoyable. I've led innovative, user-centered projects for Dell Technologies' Global Sales Learning & Development team, bringing a creative approach to complex design challenges. My five main key achievements include: • Accomplished an 85% reduction in IT support tickets by customizing a User Interface for low-code applications. • Increased user adoption by 40% using a design thinking approach. • Speed up the low-code development process by 50%, adopting a custom Design System. • Achieved an average of CSAT 94% and NPS 88% in my app solution using fast iterative cycles, including end users and primary stakeholders. • 94% of users felt executing tasks in the new process was easier than in the previous process. I have over 10 years of experience in the information technology sector, combining positions as a full-stack developer, mobile game artist, visual designer, and UX designer. My coding proficiency in HTML, CSS, jQuery, C#, PL/SQL, MySQL, Oracle, and Power FX enables me to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, fostering mutual understanding and building genuine working relationships. I can also quickly prototype functional demos to validate design solutions through user experience testing.
