About Simone Orth

Hello, I’m someone who builds forward. I don’t just follow goals - I design the systems that make them achievable. My foundation in leadership, business, and digital transformation is now evolving through behavioral science (ABA & OBM). I’m bridging these disciplines to pioneer ventures where human behavior becomes the engine for ethical innovation, sustainable growth, and high-performing organizations. My compass is built on core maxims that guide every shift- Stepping open-minded into uncertainty to create what doesn’t exist yet- Aligning action with long-term vision- Building systems that reinforce excellence- Trusting in adaptability and leadership capacity.(Life Long Learning)- Committed to evidence, growth, and reflection.(Life Long Growing)- Scaling not just results, but integrity and insight- Because behavior change thrives in joyful environments. Right now, I’m developing a new venture where values meet data, and behavioral science becomes strategy, while working toward my BCBA certification. Let’s connect if you’re designing the future, exploring new models, or just want some food for thought.
