About Simone Pennella

I am passionate about helping others, building meaningful connections, and creating positive change. With more than 20 years of experience across law, customer service, sales, management, and administration, I have developed a results-driven leadership style that focuses on delivering measurable outcomes while fostering growth and innovation. My career is built on a deep commitment to making a positive impact in every role I undertake, from leading teams to enhancing customer experiences. I approach challenges with a strategic mindset, always aiming to create solutions that not only achieve business goals but also improve the lives of those I work with. My diverse background enables me to navigate complex environments and connect with individuals from all walks of life, always with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. Beyond my professional role, I am proud to serve as a volunteer at Yale School of Medicine and a support group leader for the National Alopecia Areata Foundation, where I provide guidance and support to individuals navigating hair loss challenges. Originally from Brazil and fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, I value collaboration and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, volleyball, and spending time with my family and friends. Let’s connect and explore ways to grow and make an impact together.
