I'm an Italian man, 39 years old. Industrial Electrician, Mechanical and PLC Software Engineer. Specialized in- Contruction of electrical cabinets- Electrical and mechanical construction and assembly of the machines used in production lines- Research of electrical and mechanical malfunctions on production lines or machinaries already working- Development and management of PLC's software: Siemens S7(S5), Schneider (Twido, Micro, Premium, M340), A&B (MicroLogix, CompactLogix), Omron,Panasonic- Developement and management also of some HMI interface with Siemens, Schneider, ProFace, ESA panels- Realization and installation of complete production lines in many different fields. As team leader and as member of a team. Sectors of experience- Automotion - Siderurgic - Mechanical Workings - Brick - Beverage - Food - Packaging - Alarm Systems - Photovoltaic - Recycling I can point up as major importance works the complete realization of two brick factories since the development of the projects (support) until the complete production for Electronics Systems S.r.l. – Asti, Italy in- El Sharshary Company – Sabratah, Libya - Dang Huong Company – Hanoi, Vietnam I was the responsible of the electrical installations and the team leader (4/10 people) in both two jobs. I participated a lot of business trips in Italy, many European countries and worldwide and I’m willing to do others. After that, I moved to Spain, having the possibility to cover the role of the customer support team leader for TNA Europe LTD on the Southern Europe branch with 50+ customers within the Mediterranean countries. At the moment I'm the responsible of the customer service for EGS Italy, always in the snack sector, but this time the team and I have only one focus: the customer satisfaction.
