Coordination and execution of the conversion activities from ITA GAAP to IFRS Accounting Principles for various entities in different industrial sectors. Support for the analysis and accounting of extraordinary transactions (including mergers, direct and reverse, business contributions, splits) and Purchase Price Allocation. Involvement in activities to support the preparation of business plans.
