Background

About Simone Porcu

During my professional career I’ve experienced different roles, from manage key projects to lead cross-functional teams. What excites me the most is be part of the strategy design and implementation as well as be part of the change. As a dynamic and proactive manager I prefer challenging objectives and address strategic plans which thanks to my problem solving capabilities, and aptitude to create a positive result driven environment, have allowed my teams, and me, to achieve important targets. In the last years I developed a solid experience in managing complex projects in unstable environments, also in multinational contexts with cultural bias. I have a substantial experience in retail, both in store and online, with tangible contributes in performance increments. During my academic career I had two significant experiences in Czech Republic first and England later, where I had the opportunity to study in depth Strategic Management and appreciate the importance of living in a multicultural environment.
