As a Clinical Nutritionist, Pharmacy Assistant, and Hospitality Steward, I combine my passion for health and wellness with my experience in the food and beverage industry. I have a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine from Endeavour College of Natural Health, where I studied food, Nutrition, and health management with onsite clinical practice. I am a Nutritionist at Health Body Soul Nutrition, an online practice offering personalised health solutions using food, lifestyle strategies, dietary planning, and supplements. I am also a lead steward at Levy and Delaware North premium hospitality companies that cater to corporate events and special occasions, including the Australian Open, major sporting events, and concerts at Melbourne Park, Melbourne Cricket Ground, and Marvel Stadium. I am committed to enhancing the health and well-being of my clients and providing exceptional service to my guests. I combine my health knowledge and extensive customer experience in my role as a retail pharmacy assistant with Chemist Warehouse, providing health counseling and product advice to support their health and wellness. I thrive on the variety and diversity, of these roles which offer me flexibility and engagement both professionally and socially, with the broader public and my peers. I possess excellent organisational and communication skills. When not working I am a regular at Upstate Fitness in the reformer or boxing studio, I love to cook from scratch, listen to podcasts, read or listen to non-fiction books, and, hang out with my bestie or teenage Son.
