With experience in e-commerce, food delivery, and B2B sales, I’ve led high-impact projects, managed strategic partnerships, and built scalable commercial strategies. At Glovo, I managed a €1M/month portfolio, advising partners on growth strategies through in-depth data analysis and relationship management. Before that, at Just Eat, I focused on expanding and optimizing the partner ecosystem. One of my most strategic roles was at Cosaporto, where I helped design and launched the B2B corporate gifting and employee rewards activity, directly managing a portfolio of 150+ accounts. I led commercial negotiations, structured long-term partnership, and drove market expansion, making B2B a core revenue stream for the company. Earlier, at Deluxy Srl, I played a key role in the startup phase, overseeing business development, commercial strategy, and product-market fit.
