As Head of Customer Relations & Application Design at Contesio, I take care of building and maintaining our customer relationships and am responsible for the design and UX of our applications and publications. I lead the Technical Sales, Marketing & Design teams. From the acquisition of new customers to the usability release of our solutions: For me, in all my areas of responsibility, the focus is on the customer, his benefits and his experience with Contesio.
