I managed CRM project implementations in the B2C Fashion Retail industry. I have solid experience in HLS/Pharma industry. I also have experience in Marketing Automation for the design and implementation of personalized omnichannel customer journeys. I currently work for Salesforce and I deal with pre-sales technical consulting for our Data Cloud solution: a data platform that unifies all companies data on to Salesforce Platform, giving every business team a 360-degree view of the customer to drive automation and analytics, personalize engagement, and power trusted AI. Data Cloud creates a holistic customer view by turning volumes of disconnected data into a single, trusted model that’s easy to access and understand. CRM, CDP, DATA & AI are my passions in the world of technology.
