About Simone Scaramuzza

I work within the marketing and consulting departments of the professional A/V: I tailor-make turnkey hardware and software solutions. Moreover, I have gained a twenty-year experience in increasingly higher responsibility professional roles, ranging from A/V-IT Designer to Business Developer and Sales Engineer, thus developing field specific skills. I also launched a start-up company which I managed by establishing a strong company's identity and putting in place detailed development plans. Furthermore, I managed dealers and customers thereby expanding the company's customer base through customer retention schemes, rapport building and deal negotiations. I used to oversee the whole sales cycle from the customer technical support and pre/post sales advice through to the administrative procedures and the back office tasks (issuance of fiscal documents, payment handling, logistics). Last but not least, I have worked as a Sound Engineer, Music Technologist and Pro Audio Consultant for 10 years. My very strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are especially noteworthy.
