With over nine years of experience at Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc, I am currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst Lead, contributing to multiple IT operations and cyber initiatives. All of my roles required the ability to manage multiple projects at once spanning multiple work streamlines like process development and deployment, knowledge management, strategic communications, technical writing, resource management, metrics development and tracking, and ticket triage in fast-paced and constantly changing environments. This role gave me experience in independently managing many client projects, requirements, resource allocation, team milestone schedules, and metrics development and tracking simultaneously for the contract.
