Hey there! I’m Simone Vargas, an ambivert, purpose-driven people & culture enthusiast with 12+ years of experience across Education, Communication, and HR. I’m all about creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, included, and empowered to grow. My career has been a blend of building impactful learning programs, designing inclusive leadership journeys, and driving DEI strategies that actually make a difference. I’ve worked across Europe and Latin America, always with one goal in mind: turning good intentions into real, human-centred action. I’m a big believer in the power of empathy, active listening, non-violent communication, learning and curiosity, whether I’m facilitating a workshop, partnering with leadership, or supporting ERGs and communities. I bring both structure (hi, PMP!) and heart (hi, MSc in HR & Social Responsibility) to everything I do. Right now, I’m especially passionate about bridging L&D and DEI to build equitable cultures that foster continuous learning and belonging.
