Background
About Simone Verdoodt
I am a Senior Search Consultant at Globe 24-7 with end-to-end recruitment experience across the mining and resources sector, supporting complex operational and project-driven environments. I have delivered recruitment both as an external search partner and through in-house secondments with major mining operations in West Africa (Liberia) and Australia (Perth), embedding directly within client teams to support large-scale hiring during critical growth and expansion phases. This included high-volume recruitment for technical and operational roles, partnering closely with corporate and site-based leadership to enable workforce ramp-up and project readiness. I specialise in aligning high-calibre talent with strategic business needs to support operational execution, organisational growth, and long-term workforce planning, while building strong, trusted professional relationships. Let’s connect to explore opportunities in global talent acquisition. Email: s.verdoodt@globe24-7.com Dual South African/Belgian passport holder
