I’m working at Indena stability laboratory, where I found an amazing team that allowed the growth and strengthening of my skills on analytical analysis. Finding my way on still, I learned how to work together, solving problems and how to relate myself to many instruments (such as HPLC, potenziometric and Karl-Fisher titration, x-ray diffractometer, FTIR spectrophotometer) and procedures. In this year I got the importance of stability studies (even studing on ICH), how to manage and edit protocols, to understand data and management software, to analyze a large number of products keeping mind focused on the many sides of the job. Last but not least, I got how I rather working hard then sitting on my hands.
