About Simone Walsh

Simone is an experienced consultant who has undertaken a range of OHS and environmental projects in her 15 year career including asbestos and hazardous building materials surveys and inspections and various health and safety audits including plant risk assessment, working at heights, indoor air quality, traffic management, occupational noise. Simone has also been involved in numerous occupational and construction asbestos removal and remediation and abatement programs for both friable and non-friable asbestos. Simone has also been involved with site contamination investigations, environmental investigations, asbestos validation programs and asbestos site clearance inspections. From 2011 to 2012 Simone contracted to a QLD-based oil and gas company. Her responsibilities as an environmental advisor have included liaison with clients, contractors and landowners. Her role has also involved overseeing and ensuring legislative compliance with, and implementation of environmental management plans and environmental authorities/licenses.
