About Simone Wastl

As Head of Corporate Communications, I take a holistic approach to marketing and communications in a traditional yet forward-looking company. With a lot of energy and passion, we are breaking new ground and focusing on digitalization, agility and transformation. My understanding as a Member of the Executive Board and manager is, in addition to an overarching, corporate responsibility, to orchestrate and bring together the various topics, to take teams on the journey, to inform, network and motivate, no matter where they work. People are at the center of this for me. Alongside internal and external communications, brand is a key success factor, not only as an important component of corporate value, but also as a key driver and orienter in change processes. Our brand values - partnership, performance, leadership and trust - therefore set the framework for my understanding of leadership and aspirational thinking.
