About Simone Williams

Simone has 25 years experience working in senior management and leadership roles for a number of corporations. Her experience includes projects within consumer (FMCG), B2B and B2C marketing environments, across a broad range of industries, both locally and globally. Simone’s area of expertise is in customer services and market insight, and as such has managed a number of significant projects focused on customer satisfaction and retention for some of WA’s most iconic brands. Simone's personal passion for innovation and entrepreneurship has seen her mentoring and providing strategic direction to some of WA’s most inspiring and brightest minds. This deep commitment has also been demonstrated in id Strategic’s ongoing sponsorship of the WA Innovator of the Year Awards. Simone holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters Degree in Strategic Marketing from Curtin University and a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business. She is currently pursuing a PhD focusing on customer services and customer satisfaction based on generational effects She is qualified as a Certified Practicing Marketer with the Australian Marketing Association (CPM, AFAMI) is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD), an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AFAIM) and Member of the Australian Market & Social Research Society (MAMSRS). She is also an Executive Member of the Marketing Association of Australia & New Zealand (MMA) and Member of the Australia Direct Marketing Association (ADMA). As part of her on-going commitment to remain at the fore-front of her field and to inspire the next generation of business builders and marketing professionals, Simone also teaches Marketing of Services at Curtin University and Strategic Marketing Management and Marketing Research at Murdoch University.
