As the Head of Customer Success for ANZ at Sinch, I lead a high-performing team responsible for the full customer lifecycle across our Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Channel segments. My interests lie in moving beyond traditional customer management. I enjoy the challenge of orchestrating complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive not just customer outcomes, but true business transformation. My current role provides me with the opportunity to take on hands-on leadership position in a number of strategic projects across the APAC region. Key areas of focus include- Strategic Orchestration & Change Management across transformation programs- Commercial Strategy across products in the region - Regulatory & Market Analysis and Strategy I believe that a world-class customer success function acts as a strategic parter.
