About Simonette de Lang

I have worked in both large and small organisations and have been regarded for my sense of efficiency, my pace of work, my level of customer service (both internally and externally), my friendly nature, for being a problem-solver and for being a positive influence on my team. Recently, I provided administrative support to the Curtin University Oral Health Therapy Course faculty, student, and patients; and to the Water Quality Branch – Treatment Section at Water Corporation. In my role, I sought to innovate our processes and maintain prompt, accurate reporting and deliver excellent customer service and office support. Previously, I delivered and coordinated administrative support for the ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions Australia HSEQ and Project Services department and Human Resources department. My background has given me vast and varied experience with a variety of situations, customers, and software, during which time I have proved to be a highly adaptable and effective communicator (and protector) of sensitive information in all my roles. My background in support roles such as HR administration, project administration and office support, has provided me with a range of strategies to adapt and work flexibly, effectively, and respectfully with others in diverse working environments. Therefore, I place an emphasis on providing exceptional service and support, and, developing and maintaining professionalism whilst nurturing positive relationships in all working environments.
