About Simphiwe Nkosi

Simplifying the complex in financial services (and having fun while doing it). I'm a financial services professional who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence and client experience. With a passion for solving complex problems (and a low tolerance for inefficient processes), I’ve built my career around making systems work smarter and people’s lives a little easier—one SLA at a time. Currently leading a team within the client support space at PSG Wealth, I’ve helped streamline operations, reduce risk, and improve service delivery across CRM and trading platforms. Whether it’s cutting operational risk in half, hitting 100% SLA targets, or chasing down that last 5% on a VOC score—I bring energy, accountability, and a love for the details. I’m driven by curiosity, obsessed with clean data, and always open to a good challenge (bonus points if it involves automating repetitive tasks). Ultimately, I’m here to build and support systems that help clients, teams, and businesses thrive. Always keen to connect with professionals who value data-driven decisions, operational excellence, and smarter client service in financial services.
