With over 7 years in the insurance industry, I specialise in strategic risk management, business development, and relationship-led portfolio growth. As a Business Development Manager in the National Partnerships (Schemes & Affinity) team at Gallagher NZ, I work closely with franchise corporations across New Zealand to design and deliver tailored (and sustainable) insurance programs that meet their unique risk needs. Since joining Gallagher in 2023, I’ve been nominated for the Gallagher Academy award in both years — a reflection of my consistent performance, proactive contribution, and impact. Earlier in my career, I co-founded FutureX Insurance, where I led commercial property risk initiatives and built lasting partnerships with underwriters and key stakeholders. Having completed my Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification, I’m now preparing to transition into the Australian market to continue advancing my career in commercial insurance. I thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and am always open to growth-driven opportunities.
