I’m an Administrative Coordinator at BC Housing with a background in business administration, analytics, and executive support. While my title emphasizes administration, my day-to-day responsibilities extend far beyond. I lead projects in data analysis, dashboard creation, and process optimization that directly support decision-making at the leadership level. In my current role, I manage executive calendars, meetings, invoicing, and documentation, while also designing Power BI dashboards and leveraging Excel to organize, normalize, and analyze complex data sets. I use the full Microsoft Suite daily to streamline workflows and create clear, actionable reports. Previously, during my co-op with the Business Administration Team (BAT), I created SharePoint onboarding websites and training materials, processed financial records, supported system testing, and maintained data accuracy through audits and documentation. Earlier roles at Apple and Best Buy sharpened my ability to deliver exceptional customer service, training, and technical support, building a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving.
