About Simran Joshi

As the MSH Portal Manager at MeitY Startup Hub (MSH), I am dedicated to advancing India’s innovation and startup ecosystem through digital enablement, strategic engagement, and impactful collaboration. My role centers around managing the MSH Portal — a one-stop platform connecting startups, incubators, mentors, and policymakers under initiatives like the TIDE 2.0, SAMRIDH, GENESIS scheme. I have been at the forefront of conceptualizing and launching MSH Portal 2.0 “SAMARTH”, a robust platform designed to empower the startup community with better access to resources, funding, and support systems. From content strategy and stakeholder coordination to optimizing user journeys and scaling outreach, I ensure the portal remains agile, inclusive, and value-driven. A recent milestone in this journey has been the successful launch of “MeitY Mitra”, an AI-powered chatbot built to provide real-time assistance to startups and visitors on the MSH Portal. This innovation reflects our commitment to making startup support more intuitive and accessible across India. My experience extends beyond digital platforms — I also lead social media initiatives and contribute to organizing high-impact events that bring together ecosystem stakeholders. With a strong passion for technology and a vision to support entrepreneurship at scale, I aim to bridge gaps, spark collaboration, and help shape the future of India’s digital economy.
