I am Simran, an expert in Jewellery Designing while leading merchandising operations & managing export / import trade shipments independently till the shipments reaches its destinations. Throughout my career, I have acquired proven success in high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while adhering to tight deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects. I possess a knack for understanding luxury trends and market place (both seasonal and classic); maintained knowledge of industry standards. Some of my major contributions: Distinction of being winner of Best Innovation Jewellery Designer Award in 2014 & Best Team Award in 2016 by Krishna Bead Industries as Merchandiser Prepared 30 designs under four categories as bangles, pendant sets, gents rings and female rings out of which 25 designs were awarded. I enjoy managing large teams, resulting in better performance and enhanced systems for higher performance of the team. Some of my positives which I can talk about are ability to multitask, good understanding of operational & systemic aspects for providing complete solutions, seeking & harnessing new opportunities and creating win-wins.
