Simran as a senior executive is managing the role of calculating monthly NAV, tax provisions, client onboarding,redemption workings, liasoning with auditors, and preparing MIS reports. Further, overviewing of regulatory compliance, TDS and GST returns, Income tax compliances, coordinating with consultants for MCA filings and assisting in preparing management reports, documents for finance availment, etc Prepared yearly budgets, cash flow statements, and ledger scrutiny for housing societies like Raheja Complex and Kalpatru Aura, along with ensuring accurate account finalization. Have handled legal issues relating to the 101 petition procedure and other aspects of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Simran has handled accounts for individuals and companies with turnovers exceeding 200 Crore. As an article assistant I have assisted in auditing of companies with a turnover exceeding Crore, including Inchcape Shipping Services and Bharat Co-operative Bank branches, ensuring compliance with TDS and Service Tax.
