I am a digital marketing professional with a bachelor's degree in communicative English with media studies and a master's degree in digital marketing (in progress) from the University of Hertfordshire. I have been working as an online reputation manager at OYO, a leading hospitality company, since Nov 2019. My core competencies include customer service, social media management, content creation, and brand image improvement. In my current role, I ensure high-quality customer service, resulting in guest delight by extensive interaction with guests on social media and quick resolution of problems and queries. I also monitor and moderate the social media platforms, coordinate with different teams on escalation and issues, and provide creative inputs and work on various projects to improve the brand image. Additionally, I write, edit, and publish content on blog platforms, develop PowerPoint presentations, and help the management with data analysis and reporting. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience, leveraging digital media to enhance brand awareness and loyalty, and collaborating with diverse and talented teams to achieve organizational goals.
