As a passionate Systems Administrator II with over four years of IT experience, I thrive on leveraging technology to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction. My expertise spans a wide array of technologies, including M365 Collaboration, SharePoint, Active Directory, Email Systems, Networking, and System Monitoring. In my current role, I excel in building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations through efficient processes, clear communication, and a customer-first approach. Recently I have completed Aspiring Leaders Program sponsored by Wawanesa University! In addition to my IT work, I serve as Co-Lead for the Pan Asian Employee Resource Group (ERG), where I foster an inclusive environment, lead initiatives on cultural awareness and professional development, and create opportunities for collaboration and engagement within our organization.
