Scientist with 6+ years building and leading bioassay programs across gene editing, RNA therapeutics, and small molecule drug discovery — spanning Prime Medicine, Eloxx Pharmaceuticals, Skyhawk Therapeutics, and Cygnal Therapeutics in the Boston biotech corridor.At Prime Medicine, I serve as Screening Lead across heme, lung, and liver indications, owning assay development, qualification, and end-to-end campaign execution using primary human cells (PHH, HSCs, bronchial epithelial), NHP-derived samples, and LNP delivery platforms. I partner directly with PK/PD, NGS, disease and informatics teams to translate in vitro data into in vivo decisions — and build the scalable workflows and automated pipelines that keep multi-target programs moving. My technical foundation spans cell-based functional assays, translational pharmacology, primary cell handling, qPCR, ELISA, and automation platforms (Tecan Fluent, D300). I'm drawn to programs where precision delivery and biological programmability intersect — and to teams that move fast without cutting corners on data quality.
