About Simran Panesar

Evidence-based chiropractor specializing in the treatment of sports and athletic injuries, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, chronic pain, and postural dysfunction. I conduct thorough functional movement assessments to tailor rehabilitation programs that address each patient’s unique needs. Utilizing techniques such as adjustments, cupping, acupuncture, athletic taping, IASTM, and exercise prescription, I focus on optimizing recovery and enhancing performance. In addition to providing hands-on care, I manage MVA and WSIB claims, guiding patients through the entire process from diagnosis and treatment to the development of return-to-work (RTW) plans in collaboration with MDs, insurers, and other healthcare providers. I ensure a seamless flow of information and adapt plans to overcome obstacles to recovery. I collaborate closely with chiropractors, physiotherapists, RMTs, and occupational therapists to provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to care. With a focus on injury prevention, workplace safety, and wellness initiatives, my goal is to help patients recover quickly while supporting their long-term health and performance. I graduated from the esteemed Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion from the University of Guelph-Humber, I have a deep understanding of human movement and health.
