About Simran Ranu

I am a graduate from the University of Guelph-Humber, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Justice Studies, as well as a Diploma in Community and Justice Services. My knowledge of federal and provincial legislation combined with several years of hands-on experience in community building and customer service, has provided me with the necessary skills as an aspiring policewoman. My academic and professional backgrounds have prepared me to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments, while continuing to exceed expectations. I am passionate about my work and approach each task with intricate attention to detail. I envision myself pursuing a career that will allow me to help others and make a measurable difference. At an early age, I embarked on this journey through my work as a Freelance Artist, as I taught young creators various skills and techniques used in producing art. Going forward, I am eager to transform my well-rounded experiences into something concrete and instrumental for our community.
