With a Bachelor's in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and a Business Fundamentals Certificate from Smeal College of Business, I've honed my ability to manage both people and projects. Through each of my roles, I have leveraged my strong interpersonal skills to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. My experience includes overseeing the recruitment and HR life-cycle, hands on recruiting experience from an open market of candidates, account management and strategizing to achieve best ROI, and program execution in which I oversaw budgets, secured sponsorships, and maintained brand integrity through effective marketing communications. My passion extends beyond my technical experiences as I served as a Diversity Council ambassador at Insight Global, championing inclusivity within the organization. My academic background and certifications in critical thinking and team dynamics empower me to facilitate better decision-making and foster a collaborative environment.
