Simran is a staff psychotherapist at SamaraCare with a passion for holistic health and wellness. This integration of health and wellness paired with an individualized and authentic framework, will explore some of the many elements that may hold you back from living a life that you are truly deserving and worthy of. Simran views mental health and wellness through a holistic lens. She believes that effective counseling addresses the mind, body, and soul. To do this, she utilizes various mindfulness approaches such as meditation, somatic based techniques, and neurobiological education to help clients gain insight in the mind-body connection, regulate emotions, manage challenges, and better understand themselves. While Simran has a preferred therapeutic modality to work and research from, she knows that each person and their experience in the world is unique and that effective therapy is not one size fits all, but rather a customized experience based on individual needs and experiences.
