About Simran S.

I am a results-oriented professional with a passion for effecting positive change. I have a diverse background in crafting impactful strategies, shaping education, and fostering leadership within communities. As a Teach for India Fellow, I secured key partnerships and introduced innovative methods to deliver high-quality education to over 90 high school students, achieving significant academic improvements. I founded NextGenShift to promote social entrepreneurship, securing an innovation funding grant and guiding 100+ students through successful projects, with a 63% growth on a custom benchmarked rubric. At McKinsey & Company, I refined my business presentation skills and gained experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across global time zones. These roles have equipped me with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. I aim to leverage my experience to make a broader social impact. I bring a global perspective and a commitment to driving positive change. Let's connect to explore opportunities for impact and collaborate on projects that create lasting change.
