As a Sustainability Coordinator at FCA, I leverage my expertise in health communications, human physiology, and sustainability to enhance the lived experience. With certifications in permaculture design, WELL AP, and LEED Green Associate, I integrate regenerative principles into my work to foster healthier, more sustainable environments. I hold a Master of Science in Health Communications from Tufts University School of Medicine and Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Additionally, I have specialized training in muscular therapy and food sciences, with a focus on regenerative practices. Passionate about the intersection of wellness and sustainability, I advocate for holistic, resource-conscious strategies that promote both environmental stewardship and human well-being. In my free time, I'm a passionate yoga instructor; using movement and breathwork to cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to space. I also love traveling to cold places to witness the Earth’s natural wonders glisten during their restoration phases, deepening my appreciation for the planet’s way of order and harmony, which emphasizes the interconnectedness of all things and a reminder that sustainability is not just about preserving resources - but about honoring the delicate balance that sustains life.
