As a Culinary leader and innovator, I've been honored with numerous awards, including being named among India's top 30 Culinary Superstars (Culinary Culture, Mr. Vir Sanghvi), ranked 7th in Asia's Culinary Power 25, receiving the Executive Chef of the Year award by Hotelier India in 2022 and Chef of the Year by Times Group for 2025. As a seasoned Executive Chef with a passion for empowering teams and delivering exceptional culinary experiences, I've had the privilege of leading kitchens in six luxury hotels across brands like The Oberoi, JW Marriott, The Leela and additionally have been instrumental in spearheading operations for trend-setting food outlets like threesixty at The Oberoi New Delhi. My expertise spans fine dining, team development, and facility planning, with a proven track record of optimizing productivity and efficiency. Beyond my culinary achievements, I've contributed to The Leela's brand initiatives, including Aujasya, a brand wellness program by curating menus centred around wellness and making healthy food interesting, and the Leela Leadership Development Program (LLDP), where I designed learning modules and assessment frameworks to nurture young chef leaders.
