Currently, I serve as a Senior Manager, Field Operations at Bell Technical Solutions, where I lead frontline teams through operational execution, people leadership, and performance improvement. My focus is on empowering managers, supporting technicians, and driving excellence in service delivery and field effectiveness. Formerly, I was a Strategy Manager at Bell, where I developed and implemented high-impact business strategies through executive collaboration, cross-functional stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making.
