Hello, LinkedIn community! I hold a B.Tech degree from Kurukshetra University, graduating in 2010, and an Masters from PEC Chandigarh, completing my studies in 2014. My career began in academia, where I spent three years as an Assistant Professor at Chandigarh University. During this time, I had the privilege of shaping the minds of young students and nurturing their passion for engineering. It was a rewarding experience that allowed me to inspire others, and contribute to the growth of future professionals. Driven by a desire to further explore research opportunities, I transitioned to Chitkara University as a Senior Research Fellow (SRF), working on a project sponsored by the Department of Science & Technology (DST). For three years, I actively contributed to the research initiatives and collaborated with an interdisciplinary team of researchers. Together, we made significant strides in advancing scientific knowledge and finding innovative solutions. My accomplishments include ten articles indexed in Scopus. These papers were published in various renowned conferences and journals, allowing me to share my findings and contribute to the academic community's knowledge base. I have patented over 30 innovations in design and utility. I am passionate about turning ideas into tangible inventions and driving positive change through innovation. Currently, I am thrilled to be working as a Management Representative at Rockpecker Pvt Ltd, a well established company specializing in the manufacturing of drilling / mining equipment. In this role, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. It is an exciting opportunity that allows me to gain expertise in quality assurance, contribute to the company's success & learn more about industrial standard practices.
