As Associate Director at Community Builders Group, I oversee operations across multiple supportive housing and employment programs that serve individuals facing complex challenges such as homelessness, mental health, and substance use. I’ve grown into this role through hands-on leadership—starting in frontline operations, moving into site management, and now guiding strategic planning, staff development, and cross-program coordination. With a diploma in Business Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, I bring a balance of operational structure and people-centered leadership to my work. I’ve led initiatives focused on improving service delivery, building trauma-informed teams, managing budgets and contracts, and ensuring accountability across systems. My work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to stability, dignity, and opportunity. I’m passionate about empowering others, creating space for growth, and driving change from the ground up.
