I've graduated from Coventry University, majoring in Business and Finance with First-Class Honours. I have a keen interest in the intersection of business, finance, and technology, and I am always eager to learn new skills and gain new perspectives in these domains. In May'23, I completed a 10-week internship at Bloomberg as a Bloomberg Customer Representative in the BCS Department, where I provided platinum global customer service through the 24/7 hotline, shared an internal news summary of current affairs, and devised a solution to improve the internal customer support workflow and cross-collaboration between departments. My previous experiences include strategy and business services at JPMorgan Chase & Co, where I developed communication frameworks, revamped the department’s intranet, executed employee engagement initiatives, and designed visuals and infographics for business reviews and quarterly updates. Through these experiences, I have honed my communication, presentation, problem-solving, and data analysis skills, as well as my ability to work effectively in diverse and dynamic teams. I am passionate about meeting and talking to new people, broadening my network, and exploring new opportunities and challenges. I enjoy traveling whenever my schedule allows me to, and I have participated in an international program in business at DHBW Mosbach in Germany, where I learned about the European business environment and culture. I also hold a Technology Business Strategy and Development Certificate from School16 and a Tips for Better Business Writing Certificate from LinkedIn, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
