Fabric Management, Port Management, Zoning, troubleshooting Fabric Connectivity. • Extensive experience in troubleshooting Storage protocols and Networking issues using Wireshark. • Hands on experience in VMware/ESX. • Possess good understanding of IT Infrastructure, ITIL framework and ITSM. • Ability to learn and adapt to new environment quickly, good communication skills.
