About Simranpreet Kaur

Driven by a passion for economics, strategy, and impact, I work in the Advisory function supporting teams that help organizations strengthen their risk and control environments. Previously, during my MBA at McGill University, I led and worked on consulting initiatives, including market expansion, product introduction, marketing, and go-to-market strategies. These experiences refined my strategic mindset and adaptability to diverse industries and mandates. I have taken on manifold roles as an economics subject expert, researcher, content curator, webinar host, and recruiter. My most passionate task was untangling intricate policy landscapes and presenting them in a way that is easily understandable and impactful. I enjoyed working with students and colleagues from different backgrounds, understanding their perspectives, and providing mentorship with training. Outside work, I enjoy cultural exploration, swimming, dancing and practicing mindfulness to stay centered and inspired.
