Currently working at BCG, I’ve been part of high-impact strategy and transformation projects across mobility, infrastructure, and public sector domains. My work spans CEO-level support, business performance improvement, and operational ramp-up for large-scale initiatives. I recently helped onboard the new CEO of a leading mobility company—structuring leadership cadences, driving weekly performance tracking across 2W, EV, Auto, and 4W categories, and refining strategies based on competitive trends and internal performance insights. In another engagement, I supported the turnaround of a national asset—leading operational restoration, coordinating global stakeholder outreach, and building a strong supply chain foundation by onboarding 180+ vendors across key categories. I joined BCG full-time after a 6-month internship, where I worked on a transformative business strategy and implementation project for one of India's largest regional rural bank. Before BCG, I worked as a Consultant at Deloitte USI, delivering SAP solutions to Fortune 200 clients and contributing to talent development and employee engagement initiatives. I hold a PGDM in Information Management from SPJIMR, Mumbai (Dean’s Top 20), and a B.Tech in Production & Industrial Engineering from DTU, where I ranked first in my department in the final year. I enjoy public speaking, solving complex problems, and working with diverse teams to build meaningful, lasting impact.
