Hi! I'm Simrat, a new grad with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, with a specialization in accounting from the University of Toronto! I am enrolled in the CPA PEP Program, and have passed Core 1. I am currently working as an accountant where I've developed strong skills in delivering high quality work under tight deadlines and problem solving discrepancies in financial data. I thrive in roles with dynamic and collaborative environments where I can leverage my analytical mindset, interest in research, and passion for learning to understand risk and improve processes for businesses. My diverse background, having now lived in six countries across three continents, has instilled in me a deep appreciation for different cultures and a passion for connecting with people with unique experiences. Frequently relocating has also taught me how to adapt quickly to new environments, which has served me well during my transition into full-time work as a new graduate.
