I am a dedicated business graduate with a passion for Human Resources and Marketing. My journey in the world of business is just beginning but it has been nothing short of exciting and I'm keen to learn more as my career progresses. One of the highlights of my academic journey so far was completing an internship in student recruitment. This hands-on experience gave me invaluable insights into talent acquisition, the importance of aligning a company's values with its people, and the significance of creating an inclusive and diverse workforce. In addition to my studies and internship, I've also taken on the role of a peer mentor. Guiding and supporting fellow students on their academic and career paths has been an incredibly rewarding experience. It's allowed me to refine my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, which I believe are essential in the changing landscape of business. I have now undertaken a graduate role at Viva Energy Retail with my first rotation in strategy & business development. I am specifically focusing on sustainability initiatives to advance the convenience & mobility business, which has been incredibly interesting in the landscape of an energy company. As I continue my journey in business, I'm eager to connect with like-minded professionals, and explore opportunities for collaboration and growth.
