About Sinan Kamil

I am an Embedded Software Engineer at Raytheon, where I apply my passion for technology and innovation to create solutions that make a positive impact on our society. I have successfully implemented and validated I2C and UART protocols on Raspberry Pi, utilizing ADC for reliable data transfer, and created interactive GUI using Python on pi4 Linux OS, controlling UAV components. I also led a team of student engineers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work. I graduated with my BS in Computer Engineering from San Diego State University in 2023, where I acquired skills in debugging, design engineering, and DFT. I have also gained valuable experience as an IT Assistant and Web Developer at SDSU, where I collaborated with the Accessible Technology Initiative team, updated and maintained the campus accessibility website, and researched and presented effective practices for the use of accessible course materials and universal design for learning principles. I am a lifelong learner who values respect, loyalty, and diversity. I came to the US in 2014, faced war and immigration, and learned my fourth language. I am motivated to change the way we interact with technology and revolutionize our world.
